Return Policy:
Purchased items are deemed Un-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer or have been washed. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from ACT RIGHT™ Gear, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the ACT RIGHT™ Gear return address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow me to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another ACT RIGHT™Gear product.

If you are not happy with your shirt or size and opt to get another one in exchange, shoot me an email. Please include $5 for the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
